2. Open Job - PM(Program Manager) -Direct hire, Full benefit
-PM salary depending on automotive experience at tier 1 for Automotive OEM GM,FCA,FORD and others
-PM Program manager who is: -MUST be experienced. Senior level is better.
-More than 5 years of specific PM experience.
-MUST have Ford PM experience. -Competitor or similar latch mechanism such as seats is a plus but not a must
-Experienced at Aisin, Brose, Magna, Inteva, GECOM, Tachi-S, Huf etc
-Must pass a written test prior to interview.
-Salary XXX-XXXK + 10% annual bonus + Car allowance $XXXX annually ($XXX per month in taxable income)

-What is Required: Minimum
>Bachelors degree in engineering such as computer, software, electronics, systems, mechatronics with experience in software testing
>Experience testing automotive related software, hardware, unit testing, module testing or full system testing >Interfacing with cross functional electronics teams processing data and programming testing hardware to fulfill overall system related requirements.
>Strong time management skills and ability to complete deliverables with adherence to development timelines. >Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English as the required/ primary language. >PreferredRelationship builder adept at interacting and communicating with cross discipline teamsGlobal OEM electronics development experience in the automotive sector.
>Collaborative experience with a global tier 1 automotive supplier.
>Experience with ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ASIL, Cybersecurity, V-Model development, Vector hardware and vTestStudio, dSpace, Labview, automated system testing.
>Experience with automotive communication protocols - CAN, LIN, CAN-FD/UDS, FOTA etc.Experience with automotive closure systems, electric drives, super capacitors.
>Experience detecting, diagnosing and solving both electrical and mechanical problems on automotive mechatronic systems.
